Beaumont Manor is coming to Wake Forest in Fall 2026. Eighteen homesites. Custom-only. A private wooded setting north of Raleigh, where the tree line still means something.
There is no production street here and no package of extras sold back to you at the end. Every home is designed from the ground up for its lot and its family. Ken Godwin and Chris Schiavone founded Gemstone on that standard, and they are accountable for every home that carries the name.

A lot you already own cannot be brought into Beaumont Manor. If your land is elsewhere in Wake Forest, we will design and build to that site instead, and you do not have to wait for the Fall 2026 release.
