McLaurin Farms sits on the edge of Fuquay-Varina, with walking trails and conservation land woven through the neighborhood. The homesites are estate-sized, so houses sit with room around them rather than shoulder to shoulder. Downtown Fuquay-Varina is a few minutes away when you want it. The farm is the quiet when you do not.

Gemstone is the owner-led custom option here. Ken Godwin and Chris Schiavone founded the company on a simple conviction: the person who builds your home should care about it as much as you do. They set the standard, and they are accountable for every home that carries the name.
