Our Beginning
Two Disciplines, One Standard
Ken came up on jobsites. He's the builder, and the standard every Gemstone crew builds to is his. Chris grew up in his family's commercial HVAC business and went on to build a career in technology. He runs the business side, the systems and the strategy that keep every project on track.
Gemstone Homes is what happens when both disciplines sit at the same table. The owners set the standard, and dedicated project managers hold it in the field every day. When you build with Gemstone, the people whose names are on the company answer for your home.
