Gemstone is building twelve custom infill homesites here. That is the whole point. You get a home designed to a small, walkable lot, not a floor plan repeated down a new collector road. Ken Godwin and Chris Schiavone founded Gemstone on that standard, and they are accountable for every home that carries the name.

The difference between two homes at the same price per square foot is almost always where the money went. We put ours into the parts of a home you do not see on a spec sheet but live with every day. A smaller lot does not change that.
